Kratak opis: Demontaža postojećeg starog dvostrešnog krovišta, izrada novog krovišta te izrada manjeg jednostrešnog krovišta na maloj AB ploči tik uz novo dvostrešno krovište. Mali jednostrešni krov se sudara s večim dvostrešnim krovištem pri njegovom samom kraju.
Krovište je oslonjeno na drvenu konstrukciju jer se klasični vijenac nije izvodio zbog širine obimnog zida od samo 14 cm.

Korišteni materijal: drvene jelove grede podrožnice 20 X 18 X 600 cm, drvene jelove grede za rogove 14 X 12 X 600cm, štafla 8 X 5 X 400cm, jelove letve 4 X 5 X 400 cm, daska jelova, krovna folija, impregnacija i lazura za drvenu građu, lamperija, crijep Creaton Rapido, engoba, crni.
Used material: fir beams, fir planks and fir slats, roof foil, impregnation and glaze for woodwork, wooden panels ,black Creaton Rapido roof tiles.

Neposredno poslije izrade krovišta pristupilo se i popravku fasade i premazivanje fasade silikonskom bojom.
